Your Kimex account gives you access to a wealth of information.
It enables you to convert a quote into an order, track your returns, manage your orders in progress, access your invoices and keep track of your shipments.
From your dashboard, you'll find the following menu:
The most important features :
With “My account details”, add and/or modify your delivery addresses. You can also use this tab to change your password and billing address.
In the “My invoices” tab, you'll find all your invoices. Invoices are also sent automatically.
From “My quotes”, you can transform your quotes into orders.
“My Lists” lets you create product lists according to your own criteria. For example, you can add a list of “My motorized TV stands” for faster access.
All that's left for you to do is to discover all the features of “My account” by watching the video and visiting your dashboard.
