You can make a bank transfer specifying your order number. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the transfer.

Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Code, private buyers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product. In addition, KIMEX grants an extended period of 30 days to exercise this right, without justification or penalty. Return costs are borne by the customer, while delivery costs are refunded. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale, with all accessories and documents. After receipt and inspection, the refund will be made within 14 days, via the original payment method.
Personalised products and certain categories of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, except in cases provided for by law.
