Livraison offerte à partir de 400€ HT en France et en Europe
La livraison devient gratuite dès 400€ HT en France, Espagne, Belgique, Italie, Allemagne et Pays-Bas pour les particuliers, les entreprises et les professionnels revendeurs bénéficiant du programme de fidélité Avantages revendeurs. Pour les envois en Suisse, les frais de port seront appliqués et comprennent uniquement les frais d'acheminement. Les frais liés à l'import et à la TVA suisse resteront à la charge du client.
Différents services de livraison au choix
En fonction des produits commandés, du degré d'urgence (standard ou express) et du lieu de livraison (à domicile, chez KIMEX), nous vous proposons plusieurs services de livraison. Le prix du transport se calculera automatiquement en fonction de votre choix. Nos délais de livraison s'entendent en jours ouvrés et selon l'éligibilité de la zone à livrer.
Livraison à l'étranger
Nous livrons dans les pays suivants : France métropolitaine, Belgique, Espagne (seulement Péninsule), Allemagne, Italie, Pays Bas, Luxembourg, Portugal, Suisse, et selon typologie produit, dans les DOM TOM. Si votre pays ne se trouve pas dans cette liste, vous pouvez contacter notre service commercial afin d'obtenir un devis.
Traitement des commandes immédiat
Toute commande effectuée avant 12h, avec réception du paiement, sera traitée et expédiée le jour même. Au délà, la commande sera traitée et expédiée sous 24h ouvrées.

Dès que votre commande est préparée, nous vous envoyons automatiquement le numéro de suivi de votre expédition via votre compte internaute.

Retrait de votre commande à notre dépôt
Il vous est également possible de sélectionner le retrait de votre commande directement à notre entrepôt de Saint Jean d'Illac (33 Bordeaux).

La livraison est assurée en France, Espagne (péninsule uniquement), Italie, Belgique, Allemagne, Pays-Bas, Luxembourg et Portugal. La livraison est offerte à partir de 400 € HT (480 € TTC) pour les pays éligibles. Un retrait à l’entrepôt est également possible.
Pour la Suisse et la Grande-Bretagne, les frais de port s’entendent hors frais d’importation et de douane, le franco de port ne s’applique pas et seul le mode STANDARD est proposé. Pour toute livraison vers un autre pays, ou pour une demande spécifique (EXPRESS Suisse ou Grande-Bretagne, îles espagnoles, etc.), merci de contacter le service commercial ICI.
